About Sinne


Sinne is a venue for Finnish and international contemporary art with a particular concentration on young and experimental art.

With a programme that comprises of exhibitions, artist talks, seminars and more, Sinne supports engagement with contemporary art.  The aim is to support artistic activity and to be a place where art is discussed and mediated. Sinne also run a pedagogical programme for school and kindergarten children.

Individual artists, artist groups and curators can submit exhibition proposals. The exhibition programme comprises both of exhibitions that are chosen based on applications and of exhibitions produced by Sinne.

Sinne is managed by the Pro Artibus Foundation, which is an independent organisation of the Swedish Cultural Foundation in Finland.
